All our orders are shipped via Parcelforce or private carrier and while freight damage is not a frequent occurrence because of our packaging practices, no shipment is immune to the risk of loss or damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products upon receipt, and appropriately note any damage or shortage on the delivering carrier’s report before signing.

- Shipping lead times vary with manufacturers and the products ordered. Enquire with Barberspoles.com for an estimate of the time required. A scheduled delivery date will be provided to you as soon as your order is processed and acknowledged by the manufacturer. The manufacturers usually deliver within a standard time frame of 8-9 weeks, but Barberspoles.com does not have control over the manufacturers ability to adhere to their schedule... so we suggest that you plan ahead when ordering new signage.
Barberspoles.com also offers salon equipment that can be shipped quickly. These leads times vary from 1 to 2 business days. Please email for delivery lead time information on your order. - Shipping Costs
- Due to the nature of the products we provide, shipping costs can vary not only because of shipping destinations, but also because of the larger size and weight of most of our items.
- Returns and replacements
- If you wish to return an item you must email us stating the reason for returning the item and the order number. You may return any item in it's original condition for any reason within 7 days of receipt. After confirming via email simply send it back in it's original packaging and we will refund the cost minus a 25% restocking fee. If you wish to return an item after the 7 day grace period you must contact us via email. If you wish to cancel an order please email us asap. We can usually hold shipping up to 24 hours after the order is placed, however, if the order has already shipped you will be liable to 25% restocking fee - please email to confirm.

- Barberspoles.com honours all manufacturers warranties and commits to providing the best possible support after the your purchase to insure that warranty issues are promptly and properly addressed. Our manufacturers guarantee their products for one year or more.
In many cases, Barberspoles.com can secure the parts or components needed for repair long after the manufacturer's warranty has expired.
Note: All electrical fixtures must be installed by a licensed contractor. Failure to do so will void seller’s limited warranty.
